The postage price charged reflects exactly what Royal Mail charges us for the selected service.
We do not add any extra fees for packaging, handling, or processing.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items on the same working day, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Football shirts are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. This allows time during busy periods or where there are substantial queues for the application of name and number sets.
All other items, including name sets, numbers, and sleeve patches, are dispatched the same working day, provided the order is placed before 2:30pm UK time.
Orders placed after this time, outside working hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges applied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked services. Tracking details and proof of posting are retained for up to six months after dispatch to assist with any delivery-related enquiries.
In the unlikely event that an item is delayed or lost in transit, we will work directly with Royal Mail in line with their investigation and claims process.
Where an item is confirmed as lost, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund, including the original postage cost, subject to availability.
Our priority is to ensure that any delivery issue is resolved fairly, promptly, and with minimal inconvenience to the customer.
